Did you know that Malaysia is the 2nd largest palm oil producer in the world with over 20 million tonnes produced every year. However, this also generates more than 50 million tonnes of waste annually, which usually end up in waste ponds!

Step 1: Composting

Palm oil waste is collected and fermented with only mature compost selected.

Step 2: Separation

Metals and impurities are separated from compost.

Functional Activated Microbes (F.A.M.) are added to compost.

Step 4: Fermentation

Compost is blow-dried in bio-reactors for optimum microbial activity.

Mix will be grounded into refine powder form.

Shamrock Fertilizer is cooled to reach moisture content of 10% and below.
